We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Permanent Superintendent to join our dynamic team. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all stages of the construction process, from slab to deck, ensuring that projects are completed within the stipulated timeframe and budget. The candidate should have a deep understanding of the construction process, including renovations, industrial construction, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing). This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all work is carried out as per the project plan.
2. Coordinate and supervise the activities of the construction team, including subcontractors and laborers.
3. Review and interpret project plans and specifications, ensuring that the project's goals and objectives are met.
4. Manage the day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring that all safety regulations and quality standards are adhered to.
5. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure the quality of work and identify any potential issues or delays.
6. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure that project objectives are met.
7. Prepare and submit regular project reports, keeping all stakeholders updated on the project's progress.
8. Resolve any on-site issues or disputes, ensuring that work continues without interruptions.
9. Implement cost-control measures to ensure that the project is completed within the budget.
10. Lead the team in achieving project milestones and deadlines.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or a similar role in the construction industry.
2. Proven experience in managing construction projects from slab to deck.
3. Extensive knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
4. In-depth understanding of construction safety regulations and quality standards.
5. Experience in industrial construction, renovations, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing).
6. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
7. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
8. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
10. Proficiency in using project management software and other relevant computer applications.
11. A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
