**Responsibilities:**
- **Project Supervision:** Assume responsibility for the day-to-day supervision and coordination of construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and schedules.
- **Resource Management:** Efficiently allocate and manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize productivity and cost-effectiveness.
