- Manage a varied docket of workers’ compensation files from intake through trial
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery documents in administrative forums
- Conduct depositions and appear at mandatory settlement conferences, hearings, and trials
- Strategize with claims adjusters, in-house counsel, and risk managers to advance favorable outcomes
- Negotiate resolutions and draft settlement agreements that protect client interests
- Maintain precise, timely billing entries to satisfy management requirements
