  • Manage a varied docket of workers’ compensation files from intake through trial
  • Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery documents in administrative forums
  • Conduct depositions and appear at mandatory settlement conferences, hearings, and trials
  • Strategize with claims adjusters, in-house counsel, and risk managers to advance favorable outcomes
  • Negotiate resolutions and draft settlement agreements that protect client interests
  • Maintain precise, timely billing entries to satisfy management requirements
  • Required Skills Workers' Compensation Law, Legal Drafting, Negotiation

Salary : $140,000 - $220,000
