Job Summary:
BOND Brothers, Inc. is seeking a skilled BI Developer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions, particularly in Power BI, while collaborating with stakeholders to create actionable BI solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Create, manage, and optimize BI reports and dashboards using various BI tools.
• Develop and implement data models that support business intelligence and reporting needs.
• Integrate data from various sources and ensure consistency and accuracy in the reports.
• Optimize dashboards with focus on usability, performance, flexibility, and transparency.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable BI solutions.
• Provide guidance and training to end-users on BI features and report functionalities.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all BI solutions and processes.
Qualifications:
Required:
• BS/BA in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; master’s in data analytics, or a related field a plus.
• Relevant certifications in Power BI, Microsoft Azure, or Microsoft Fabric desirable.
• Expert-level Power BI development skills as well as proficiency with DAX, Power Query, SQL, Python.
• Experience with advanced analytics and machine learning algorithms.
• Experience in developing and deploying APIs.
• Experience with maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes in Microsoft Azure or Fabric.
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Construction industry experience a big plus.
• Strong aptitude for analytics and data visualization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and report generation.
