Job Summary:
PVM, Inc. is looking for a skilled and experienced Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst to join their team. In this role, you will partner with implementation teams to design, develop, and deploy advanced technical solutions while providing training and support to users.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver one-on-one desk-side training to analysts.
• Conduct classroom training sessions for analysts and operators.
• Support the Help Desk by addressing user inquiries and collaborating with the engineering team to resolve technical issues.
• Provide the engineering team with user feedback to enhance the product.
Qualifications:
Required:
• TS Clearance with SCI eligibility required
• Previous experience with Palantir Gotham required
• Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations
• Military/Special Operation/Law Enforcement experience
• Ability to travel domestically 25-50% of the time if needed (potential for CONUS and/or OCONUS)
• Technical background with working knowledge of HTML, Ruby, Python and/or Java, as well hardware, networks, and server administration
• Strong knowledge of Excel
• Strong communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred:
• Additional experience with Palantir Gaia and Foundry is a plus
• Prior experience with Palantir Gotham required. Additional experience with Palantir Gaia and Palantir Foundry a plus
• Technical background with working knowledge of Python, Java and/or JavaScript/Typescript
