Job Summary:

As a Billing Solutions Analyst, you will participate in the design, configuration, reporting, and maintenance of back office applications supporting the Spectrum mobile product, ensuring effective solutions to business problems and compliance with audit requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Configuring, validating, and documenting changes to the Ordering/Billing systems.
• Collaborating in Business Grooming to translate high-level business requirements into functional objectives and ultimately configuration/development objectives.
• Conducting analysis to determine the most viable technical solution to business problems and requests
• Using knowledge of business processes, functions, and procedures to assist with determining the most effective technology solution
• Performing queries on relevant databases and interpreting and analyzing data to support solutions
• Ensuring full compliance of all audit requirements.
• Working cooperatively with other department resources to accomplish objectives.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Billing/Ordering system design and configuration: 2 years or more
• Database reporting tools, SQL: 2 years or more
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficient in Microsoft desktop products including Word, Excel, Power Point
• Knowledge of systems used by mobile providers to support billing, and customer services
• Analyze and interpret data
• Communicate with all levels of management and personnel
• Handle multiple projects and tasks
• Maintain confidentiality
• Make decisions and solve problems under pressure
• Show judgement and initiative
• Office environment
• Able to work extended hours
