Job Summary:
Poly-America, L.P. is currently seeking a Data Analyst to join our sales team. The role involves managing top-tier retailer accounts, extracting data, preparing reports, and maintaining Excel spreadsheets for decision-making.
Responsibilities:
• Extracting data from Scintilla and Circana and preparing reports for national customer accounts.
• Maintaining and creating Excel spreadsheets to utilize internally for decision-making.
• Entering customer orders, conducting market research, and the execution of special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 2 years of experience and skills with the following data software: Scintilla, Circana
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivots, vlookups, and VBA) is required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Data Analysis, Data Entry, Data Modeling, and Database Management & Reporting.
• Identify trends and patterns in the business through data mining and analysis, and provide recommendations for business growth and efficiency improvements.
• Professional and courteous demeanor.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and reprioritize as shifting business needs require.
• Proactive, self-motivated individuals capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar.
