Job Summary:
NSF is a leader in science-driven testing, inspection, and certification services with a legacy of over 80 years. They are seeking a Manager of Product Certification to build and lead a high-performing team focused on driving customer service and achieving revenue targets in the Nonfood Compounds and Food Contact Materials sectors.
Responsibilities:
• Achieve team and regional revenue targets, in line with annual AOP.
• Lead, develop and grow a high-performing, client centric team of account managers, encouraging a culture of engagement, accountability and teamwork.
• Support initiatives and develop strategies aimed at building, strengthening and growing client relationships.
• Promote NSF at tradeshows through strategic client interactions and seeking out new client opportunities. Work closely with Sr. Manager to develop and implement tradeshow strategies.
• Work closely with the North American leadership team to develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies.
• Collaborate with Commercial Food Equipment and Global leaders to create and align team goals, ensuring continuity with strategic plan and business unit goals.
• Support the business unit in launch of new programs, plugging in account management team to assist with the development of processes and client outreach.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience leading a high-performing team
• Knowledge of NFC, FCM, and Safer Choice, including opportunities and threats, is a plus.
• Experience building client relationships and driving customer satisfaction in a B2B environment
• Ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and growth
• Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute effective, challenging goals supporting annual business unit goals and strategies.
• Evaluate team member performance by holding regular one-on-one touchpoints, setting micro-targets, and supporting team member success and development.
• Focus on enhancing client experiences and building long-term customer loyalty through innovative solutions and superior service delivery
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders, manage change, and inspire your team.
• Proven ability to deliver on revenue and business growth targets while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction and team member development and engagement.
Preferred:
• Familiarity with technical, regulatory, or TIC services is preferred, but not required.
