Job Summary:

They are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Product & Business Analyst to support product packaging efforts, strategy, competitive analysis, and related financial analysis initiatives, working cross-functionally with product, sales, and executive teams.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the product team to translate technical features into customer-facing messaging and client-ready materials that communicate the value and functionality of platform features.
• Assist in creating internal and external-facing presentations, product briefs, and client-ready deliverables using PowerPoint.
• Collaborating with sales and the executive teams, perform market and competitive analysis to support value proposition and overall go-to-market and sales strategies.
• Support the creation and maintenance of demo scripts, feature summaries, and other product documentation.
• Draft and refine product collateral, one-pagers, decks, FAQs, and other enablement materials for sales and marketing teams.
• Ensure consistent product positioning across all client-facing channels.
• Serve as a conduit between Product, Sales, and Marketing to align messaging, timing, and execution of product initiatives.
• Capture and communicate insights from internal discussions, demos, and client interactions to inform product prioritization.
• Facilitate execution of go-to-market activities such as product rollouts.
• Support coordination for product launches, marketing campaigns, and conferences.
• Perform quantitative analysis in Excel to support pricing strategy, ROI modeling, and opportunity sizing.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to size potential opportunities and identify trends.
• Build executive-level reports and summaries for internal planning and strategic initiatives.
• Support business case development with data-backed insights and scenario analysis.
• Develop and maintain ROI models for marketing initiatives and product investments.
• Analyze user and revenue metrics to support business case development and pricing strategies.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related quantitative field.
• 2–5 years of experience in a business analyst, product analyst, or finance role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel for data modeling, scenario analysis, and reporting.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating clear, professional presentations and communicating findings effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
• Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in fintech, structured finance, or enterprise software.
