Responsibilities:
• Process map critical business operations and document requirements in order to optimize LogicMonitor's systems
• Partner with business stakeholders to uncover automation opportunities, clearly communicating project scope and timelines across the organization
• Design technical solutions for process transformation, partnering with administrators and developers from various departments
• Identify and streamline time-consuming internal processes, contributing to the creation of automated, reliable, and scalable solutions
• Create and maintain accurate and consistent process documentation
• Ensure accuracy and accessibility of system data, collaborating with the data team and overseeing reliable integrations between systems
• Manage the user acceptance testing (UAT) process for key initiatives and meticulously document results
• Collaborate with system administrators to implement best practices in system maintenance, security, release management, improvements, and data integrity
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree
• 2-3 years of experience in Salesforce Administration or Analysis
• Proficiency in agile project management and release management
• Familiarity with Salesforce (required), Marketo, Jira, Gong, Clari, Zoominfo, SalesNavigator or equivalent best-of-breed SaaS applications and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in Operations oriented roles
• Capacity to coordinate and prioritize multiple activities within a deadline-driven environment
• Capability to assess the end-to-end process and provide insights on downstream effects of changes
