Job Summary:

Intralox, L.L.C. is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement (CE) Functional Developer to join their Digital Solutions team. The role involves developing and implementing solutions based on Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform, collaborating with Solution Leads and Functional Analysts to ensure best practices are followed.

Responsibilities:

• Develop Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions based on pre-defined specifications using components of the Power Platform including but not limited to, Plugins, Custom Web Resources, Power Automate, Canvas Apps, and PowerFx.

• Develop extensions as specified leveraging tools such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory, and SQL Server Integration Services.

• Develop and maintain new and existing applications, systems, custom reports, and object models.

• Able to apply industry, domain, and Intralox best practices to configuration, coding, unit testing, and continuous integration and development.

• Assist in testing customizations, including plugins, workflows, and integrations developed by other team members.

• Support business system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) and troubleshoot issues and bugs to ensure solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements.

• Provide post-implementation support, resolving configuration-related issues and assisting with testing updates.

Qualifications:

Required:

• 2 years of experience developing solutions leveraging Power Platform and/Dynamics 365 CE (Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Model Driven Apps, custom development).

• Experience developing solutions/extensions leveraging C# to create plugins and custom APIs

• 2 years of experience in full System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with knowledge of Agile and /or Waterfall methodology.

• Experience developing solutions leveraging JavaScript, REST APIs, XML, JSON.

• Experience developing Power Platform Canvas Apps

• Understanding of writing queries leveraging SQL and T-SQL

• Understanding and utilization of software engineering methodologies that may include Test Driven Development and SOLID

• Experience in troubleshooting and driving technical investigations.

• Experience working with data migration and loading for Dynamics 365

• Must be detail-oriented and have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills a must

• Excellent organizational skills

• Must be able to work independently and as part of a development team

• Must be self-managed

Preferred:

• Experience developing solutions with Power Page

• Experience developing solutions leveraging web technologies such as TypeScript, Fluent UI, React, and AJAX

• Experience developing solutions leveraging Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services and/or Azure Data Factory.

• Experience developing a deploy Azure Serverless Resources such as Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions.

• Experience managing pipelines with GitHub Actions, Azure Dev Ops, or other YAML tools.
