Job Summary:

The Online Programs Data Analyst will evaluate business requirements, perform advanced data integration and analysis, and develop analytical reporting tools to support online programs. This role involves managing admissions data processes and collaborating with academic and administrative teams to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities:
• Evaluates business requirements and performs advanced data integration and analysis.
• Develops advanced analytical and reporting tools utilizing multiple sources of integrated data.
• Provides technical support.
• Manages the full admissions data process pertaining to our online program student records and student information system, overseeing processes such as admissions, degree verification, enrollment, tracking progress towards degrees and certification of graduation using Salesforce.
• Maintains and extracts data from Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and supporting workflows related to admissions and student lifecycle tracking.
• Designs, builds, and automates data workflows and dashboards using SQL, Python, Tableau, and Alteryx.
• Collaborates with academic and administrative teams to support data-driven decision-making related to enrollment, retention, curriculum planning, and graduation outcomes.
• Demonstrates the ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with diverse teams across academic and administrative units.
• Reviews business requirements given on assignment or may gather requirements and seek clarification from end users for straightforward analytical tasks.
• Documents methods used and analyses performed as necessary.
• Escalates complex issues for further action.
• Designs systems for ongoing evaluation of programs, including periodic reports on curriculum and student and faculty issues including analyzing admission, enrollment, retention, completion, and other data.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years of experience
• Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
• Experience with Salesforce, SQL, Tableau, Python, and Alteryx
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with diverse teams
• Ability to manage the full admissions data process
• Ability to maintain and extract data from Salesforce
• Ability to design, build, and automate data workflows and dashboards
• Ability to review business requirements and gather clarification from end users
• Ability to document methods used and analyses performed
• Ability to escalate complex issues for further action
• Ability to design systems for ongoing evaluation of programs
