Job Summary:
Vibotek LLC is a company in the financial tech industry seeking a skilled Python Developer. In this dynamic role, you will develop object-oriented Python software and build REST APIs for innovative applications used for Independent Price Verification (IPV) within the Global Markets business.
Responsibilities:
• Develop object-oriented Python software on the proprietary Quartz platform.
• Build REST APIs and data transfer tools between NoSQL and Oracle (Exadata).
• Design UI-to-REST interfaces and develop Angular-based data grid UIs.
• Collaborate throughout the full software development lifecycle in an Agile environment.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 6-10 years of Python development experience in an object-oriented environment.
• Strong SQL skills (designing and tuning).
• Experience with grid computing and handling large data volumes.
• Exposure to tools like Git, npm, and Angular (v15 preferred).
• Familiarity with TDD, functional testing, and CI/CD practices is a plus.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
