Job Summary:
Snowflake is a rapidly growing company focused on data solutions, and they are seeking a Senior Analyst of Sales Planning Systems to join their Sales Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for owning the SDR annual planning and operations models, collaborating with various teams to enhance planning systems, and driving operational efficiency through system automation.
Responsibilities:
• Take full ownership of the SDR (Sales Development Representative) annual planning and in-yr operations models, ensuring the seamless execution of the planning and deployment cycle and smooth day to day operations post deployment.
• Build and support planning and in-yr operations models for other overlay functions to drive tighter alignment with GTM priorities.
• Serve as product manager, creating a structured feedback loop and strategic roadmap with key stakeholders, ensuring clear delivery milestones and expectations.
• Enable teams by designing customized training programs to improve the end-user experience and system adoption.
• Be a thought leader, driving operational efficiency across teams through system automation.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5 years of experience in data analytics within sales planning & operations or adjacent fields
• 3 years of experience focused on architecting planning solutions, leading implementation projects, and providing end-user enablement.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional discussions, simplifying complex business requirements.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
• Expertise in root cause analysis, with the ability to communicate findings clearly to senior leadership.
• Bachelor degree in business, statistics, economics, or other quantitative disciplines.
Preferred:
• Master Anaplanner or Anaplan Solutions Architect certification is preferred
• Experience with Pigment implementation is preferred
• At ease with structuring high volumes of unstructured data to derive insights
• A talent for solving complex business problems with simple, user-friendly solutions that drive easy adoption.
• A passion for elevating the team through streamlined process and system automation
