Job Summary:
Systems Planning & Analysis is a company with over 20 years of experience supporting the Department of Defense and U.S. Government. They are seeking a skilled MS Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and deploy solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents, while collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and compliance.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies and provide recommendations for Power Platform solutions.
• Design scalable and maintainable Power Platform solutions.
• Develop technical specifications and architecture diagrams.
• Build custom applications using the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Automate workflows using Power Automate.
• Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Develop chatbots using Power Virtual Agents.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Deploy solutions to production environments and ensure successful implementation and adhere to data protection regulations.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Implement enhancements and updates as needed.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed solutions.
• Provide user guides and training materials for end-users.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Located in Indianapolis, IN. This position will require the candidate to go on-site M-F.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• At minimum 5 years of experience in Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Active Secret security clearance.
Preferred:
• Microsoft Power Platform Certification (PL-100, PL-400, or similar).
