Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
• Ownership: Design and build internal tools, automation, and AI-powered workflows that capture HR Pro expertise and transform it into scalable, intelligent systems.
• North Star: Ship a growing library of partner-facing tools and workflows that enable HR Pros to serve customers more efficiently—and generate the structured inputs we need to automate those tasks in our AI platform.
• Collaborate: Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, and AI teams to build end-to-end solutions
• Set a fast, iterative pace for experimentation—learning from the field and shipping improvements weekly
• Define and measure success, ensuring the tools we build improve both the HR Partner and customer experience
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5 years of product management or equivalent experience in high-ownership environments
• Proven track record of launching internal platforms or tech-enabled services that scale human expertise
• Experience working closely with expert operators (e.g., consultants, advisors, or support teams)
• Hands-on experience integrating AI-powered tools (e.g., LLMs, copilots, automation workflows)
• Scrappy builder mindset—comfortable with ambiguity, biased toward action, and quick to prototype
• Strong communicator and collaborator with a user-obsessed, service-oriented product approach
