Job Summary:

Amazon is pioneering secure delivery experiences for homes and businesses through innovative home security technologies. They are seeking a Senior Product Manager - Technical to lead product strategy and execution for Amazon Key, collaborating with various teams to manage shared access to physical spaces and drive growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, scope, and deliver GTM strategies for products and services from end-to-end.

• Work with Amazon, Ring, and external stakeholders to prioritize and define cohesive messaging that reinforces trust among neighbors.

• Look around corners to anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and bring practical execution to the relentlessly high standards we have for the safety and security of our customers.

• Communicate with senior leaders on how and why our strategy is effective stewardship of the trust our customers and neighbors place in Amazon Key.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree

• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

• Experience managing technical products or online services

• Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Preferred:

• Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight

• Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
