• Architect and develop scalable systems with hands-on expertise in GraphQL, Python, Node.js, MySQL, and AWS, bridging high-level system design with production-ready implementation
• Own the core architecture of our analytics data platform across Snowflake, DBT, Airbyte, and AWS, ensuring performance and scalability
• Collaborate with product and engineering to define data models and backend services that power operational workflows and analytics
• Build systems and tools to support test data generation, data cloning, and mock environments for QA and demo purposes
• Establish and enforce best practices for data governance, access, and platform security
• Continuously assess and improve tools, infrastructure, and architecture in support of development speed, quality, and observability

• Experience working with modern data stacks (Snowflake, DBT, Airbyte) and building systems to ingest and transform structured data
• Ability to own both system design and implementation — you’re as comfortable in whiteboard discussions as you are shipping clean code
• Strong understanding of version control, CI/CD, testing, and monitoring best practices
• Experience building internal tools, platforms, or infrastructure that accelerate developer productivity
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across product, engineering, and operations teams
