Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
• Clear the way for our engineering teams with iterating prototypes and designs
• Tackle tough framework implementations and engineering problems
• Assists in the analysis of present systems and operations
• Confers with Information Technology team to develop description of needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs
• Designs logic for individual programs
• Codes, debugs, and documents programs
• Monitors program implementation and reports errors to software development lead
• Prepares other written documentation as required by the profession and the department
• Develops as per the technical design document to meet the defined requirements
• Develop software, scripts, programs, extensions, and integrations using one or more of the following languages: JavaScript Visual Basic .NET, C# or Python.
• Strong experience developing, maintaining, and executing Selenium automation test.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance systems based on business requirements using approved technologies and coding standards
• Create system documentation and standard operating procedures for enterprise application development
• Responsible for developing new capabilities with infrastructure products in accordance with requirements predominately using Ruby and Bash
• Reviewing Competition and Feedback service requests from the Interactive Production team
• Works as part of a development team to implement programming methodologies, standards, and procedures, and will be responsible for gathering requirements from end users in multiple business units
• Provide expertise in database design, query building, user interface design, and automation with other Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent understanding of the testing process, test types, and testing methodologies.
• Exceptional debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to drive cross-team technical discussions and decision making.
• Strong aptitude and helpful attitude in providing excellent support to cross-functional organizations.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Familiar with front-end css and/or javascript frameworks
• Conforms to security and quality standards
• Familiar with Agile development practices (SCRUM)
Qualifications:
Required:
• BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience in software development
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance
