We are seeking an experienced Ab Initio ETL Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support enterprise-scale data integration and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing high-performance ETL solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL solutions using Ab Initio
- Act as an SME for Ab Initio architecture, best practices, and performance tuning
- Analyze business and technical requirements to design scalable data pipelines
- Optimize ETL workflows for performance, reliability, and data quality
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex ETL and data-related issues
- Collaborate with data architects, developers, QA, and business stakeholders
- Support production deployments and provide ongoing maintenance
- Ensure compliance with enterprise data governance and security standards
- Strong hands-on experience with Ab Initio.
- Extensive experience in ETL development and data warehousing
- Strong SQL and database skills (Oracle, SQL Server, or similar)
- Experience with large-scale, complex data environments
- Strong understanding of data modeling and data integration concepts
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Master s degree is a plus
- Experience in financial services or large enterprise environments
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
- Knowledge of data governance and regulatory standards
