You'll be instrumental in completing a large-scale workstation and printer refresh-bringing modern tools to teams that rely on them every day.
What You'll Be Doing
- Execute a comprehensive Workstation and Printer Refresh across multiple sites
- Support and troubleshoot Windows 11 setups for newly deployed devices
- Image and configure devices for deployment
- Coordinate with users to ensure files are backed up and systems are ready for upgrade
- Replace outdated printers and install new hardware across North America
- Maintain accurate scheduling and documentation for refresh activities
- Provide support for Office 365 applications during transition
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure minimal disruption to daily operations
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support, especially with workstation and printer refresh projects
- Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows 11 and device imaging
- Familiarity with SCCM (preferred but not required)
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities
- Clear and professional communication skills-both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in high-pressure environments
- A proactive, courteous approach to working with internal users
- Based in Hilliard, OH
- Hybrid setup: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote (subject to change based on HQ space availability)
