Description

We are seeking six (6) IT Support Technicians to provide on-site Tier 1 support during the Riverview Epic go-live event. These technicians will serve as additional hands to assist the existing helpdesk and technical teams, who anticipate significantly increased ticket volume during the activation period.

Technicians will support workflow stabilization, triage issues, and escalate as needed while working closely with Parkview's internal IT teams.

Project Start: February 20, 2026 at 20:00

Go-Live Date: February 21, 2026

Duration: 2 weeks

Training: 8 hours during regular business hours prior to go-live

Shifts & Coverage

Technicians will be assigned to cover 2nd and 3rd shifts for the entire two-week period:

2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM

3rd Shift: 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM

Coverage includes nights and weekends, and hours will be consistent throughout the two-week support window.

Roles Needed (Blended Skill Set Preferred)

All six resources will function as flexible Tier 1 field support for go-live needs, including:

Helpdesk support

Runners

Desktop technicians

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Tier 1 troubleshooting for Epic-related issues during go-live

Serve as runners for on-unit support needs

Assist with desktop/device troubleshooting, basic hardware tasks, and workstation readiness

Escalate unresolved issues to Parkview's internal IT teams

Maintain clear documentation of issues and resolutions

Support onsite Parkview leadership and clinicians proactively during the go-live window

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
