We are seeking an experienced ERP Administrator to support and manage enterprise ERP systems for a wholesale/distribution organization. This role requires strong functional and technical expertise across ERP platforms, warehouse management systems, and inventory/order processing workflows. The position is 100% onsite.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, support, and maintain the company's ERP system
- Support and troubleshoot Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Manage and optimize inventory and order entry systems
- Create and maintain ERP reports and dashboards
- Utilize SQL for data queries, reporting, and system analysis
- Collaborate with operations, warehouse, and business teams to improve system efficiency
- Document processes, configurations, and system enhancements
- 5 7 years of experience supporting an ERP system
- Experience within a manufacturing, wholesale, or distribution environment
- Hands-on experience supporting WMS platforms
- Experience with Exenta, BlueCherry, or any comparable ERP package
- Strong understanding of inventory management and order processing systems
- Proficiency in SQL and ERP reporting tools
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
