Duration: 1 Years

Shift: 2 days in-office, 3 days remote (for certain shifts)

Position Overview:

We are seeking Tech Support IT Help Desk Associate Agents to join our team on a 12-month contract.

This role provides technical support to end users in a hybrid work environment.

Candidates must be reliable, adaptable, and able to work both remotely and in-office depending on shift requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Escalate complex problems to higher-level support teams
• Document issues and solutions in ticketing systems
• Provide excellent customer service and clear communication
  
  

Requirements:

• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and customer service abilities
• Stable internet connection (Ethernet required, no Wi-Fi)
• Ability to complete mandatory training and adapt to shift changes
