Job Title: Master Control Operator

Job at a Glance: This role involves running live Major League Baseball (MLB) games, ensuring smooth live switching and broadcast operations.

Location: 4100 East Dry Creek Road Centennial Colorado 80122

Work Schedule: 36 hours / week, split into 6 hour shifts over 6 days

Pay Rate: $27/hr W2 optional benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k)

Duration of Contract: 6-month contract with extension/conversion possibility

Responsibilities:

• Oversee live broadcast operations, including switching live events to and from air.
• Manage master control functions during live broadcasts.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network and transmission issues, escalating to broadcast engineering as needed.
• Coordinate and execute live event workflows from remote global locations.
• Ensure successful on-air delivery of live event channels for major client broadcasts.
• Conclude events and verify proper shutdown procedures post-broadcast.
• Maintain communication with engineering teams for issue resolution and operational continuity.
• Collaborate with a team of 19 operators to ensure adequate coverage for all scheduled events.
  
  

Required Skills:

• Previous sports or other live broadcast QA experience
