Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Program/Project Manager to join our Global Contingent Workforce Team at client and serve as a strategic team member in our daily operations for our contingent workforce program. This position can be fully remote and they will oversee U.S. based onboarding and contingent worker lifecycle activities to ensure efficient and compliant workforce operations. In this role, you will provide guidance on program governance, supplier performance, and workforce optimization, while acting as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders across the business.
The ideal candidate has strong analytical and relationship‑building skills, and a passion for driving program excellence through data‑driven insights and best‑in‑class service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day‑to‑day U.S. based CW program operations, including:
Onboarding contingent workers using our vendor management system (VMS)
Supplier management
Offer escalation support and issue resolution as it pertains to onboarding in all stages.
Provide program guidelines, policies, and procedures and support for managers and suppliers.
Partner with internal teams to drive successful completion of daily tasks.
Manage tickets assigned to you within our internal ticketing software.
Maintain process documentation and ensure processes are clearly communicated to all stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
Position Details:
This is a Staff Aug role that will start with a duration of the first day of work, through the end of 2026 with possible extension up to total of 2 years maximum.

Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and influence outcomes across a complex stakeholder landscape.
Communication and presentation abilities, with experience advising leaders and guiding cross‑functional teams.
