- Identify and document defects or compose issues clearly and concisely in our database.
- Create and complete comprehensive test cases to uncover and log product defects.
- Provide valuable insights into the playability and overall experience of our titles.
- Work closely with colleagues across the QA department and the development team.
- Experience testing across multiple games and platforms is a plus.
- Technically proficient with PCs and gaming consoles a plus.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of solving problems optimally.
- A reliable great teammate who can also work independently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
