We are looking for an experienced SAP Cutover Project Manager to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation. This role will work directly under the Cutover Lead and will be responsible for end-to-end cutover planning, coordination, governance, risk management, testing alignment, and execution.

This is a non-technical leadership role requiring strong SAP program experience, cross-functional coordination, and enterprise deployment planning expertise.Key Responsibilities

• Support and execute the SAP cutover strategy under the Cutover Lead
• Manage all cutover-related activities including:
• Testing coordination
• Task sequencing and dependencies
• Governance structure
• Risk identification and mitigation
• Readiness assessments
• Mock cutovers
• Hypercare coordination
• Develop and manage integrated project and cutover plans
• Drive collaboration across IT, business, and external partners
• Track progress using Jira and Excel
• Lead meetings, manage communications, and provide status reporting
• Ensure alignment between technical and business teams
• Identify risks and proactively manage mitigation plans
• Ensure delivery within defined scope, timeline, and resource constraints
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies as required

• 6 years overall IT experience
• 3 years in Program / Project Management
• Strong experience leading large cross-functional teams
• Experience coordinating programs involving hundreds of stakeholders
