Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Administrator to support and manage enterprise-level infrastructure for a growing apparel/retail organization. This role is 100% onsite and requires strong hands-on experience across cloud, networking, virtualization, and end-user systems, along with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support Azure cloud services, including virtual machines and related infrastructure
- Oversee VM management and optimization
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Meraki Firewalls
- Support and manage VOIP systems
- Administer and support Windows Virtual Desktop (WVD) environments
- Ensure network security, performance, and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide clear technical communication
- Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
- 7 years of experience in Network / Systems Administration
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
- Proven experience in Virtual Machine (VM) management
- Expertise with Meraki Firewalls
- Experience supporting VOIP systems
- Hands-on experience with Windows Virtual Desktop (WVD)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work fully onsite
