• Role Descriptions: Responsibilities- Work closely with Business SMEs and Application Vendor teams to understand Business requirements for ongoing projects| upgrades and enhancementsDevelop Test Strategy to provide adequate test coverage for the agreed scope covering critical business functions and list test approachDevelop Test Plan with test milestones such as FunctionalRegressionIntegrationE2E testing to ensure alignment with the Industry milestonesProgram roadmapWork closely with Product Owner and other stakeholders for Sprint planning and execution in a fast paced Agile environmentOversee test execution and provide key Quality Assurance metrics to Program managers and highlight risksissueschallenges proactivelyManage and prioritize defects with Application development teamVendors for fixesProvide guidance on Automation strategy for FunctionalRegressionIntegration testing.Maintain repository of Test artifacts throughout the test lifecycle| perform internal review and participate in SDLC Process AuditsParticipate in Release management functions and provide sign off confirming that the final solution meets end user requirementsBe able to work with tight deadlines and under pressure to meet Industry wide Organizational deadlinesKnowledge Area -Strong experience in High value payments across 2 or more markets such as CHAPSTarget2LynxRITSCBPRCHATSCHIPSFedwireExcellent knowledge of ISO20022 messaging and guidelinesExperience in Payments Clearing and Settlement processUnderstanding of the E2E back office payments landscape across Core Banking| Accounting| Reconciliation| Sanctions Screening| Regulatory Reporting| Risk Management etc.Experience in working in large scale projects with teams across multiple locations.Education Preferred QualificationsBachelors Degree in Finance andor Computer Science12 yearsCertification in Agile frameworksSWIFTPaymentsCapital MarketsJIRA| Automation test tools such as SeleniumTricentis ToscaWork RequirementHybrid4 days in Office at Quincy| MA| USA
