- Lead daily ESD tasks for multiple ESD labs across an aerospace production site.
- Support ESD Site Lead/Focal on tasks related to:
- Annual ESD compliance verification of ESD labs
- Periodic random auditing of ESD and humidity control compliance
- ESD event investigations
- Revision of ESD related quality documentationo
- Manage daily operation of ESD ticket system
- Provide ESD related services within critical time periods
- Communicate with internal customers about ESD related tasks and tickets
- Have a quality mindset
- Collect data for ESD related events for review by ESD SME and ESD Site Focal
- Current or prior ESD-TR53 ESD
- Compliance Verification Technician certification
- Experience operating specialized ESD related test equipment
- Knowledge of ANSI/ESD S20.20
- Prepare Test Documentation
- Lead a small team with work direction, training and scheduling
- Operate general purpose test equipment to include oscilloscopes, DVMs, power supplies and function generators.
- 5 years relevant experience
- Experience with Aerospace production Quality and Test Individuals who take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by event
- Individuals that assemble facts from various areas, analyze data, and provide informed recommendations
- Effectively using data to make intelligent decisions
- Multi-tasking and can manage a variety of complex tasks
