Preferred Qualifications
- Financial services / regulated environments experience (risk, compliance, auditability).
- Experience designing and enforcing agent guardrails: tool permissioning, policy engines, prompt injection resistance patterns, red teaming.
- Experience with knowledge retrieval patterns (RAG), vector databases, and secure document pipelines (within private AWS).
- Strong communication and executive-level updates (clear status, risks, decisions).
- Python (primary), plus strong backend engineering (APIs, services)
- AWS: SageMaker, Bedrock, IAM, VPC, KMS, CloudWatch, Secrets Manager, S3, ECR/ECS or EKS (as applicable)
- IaC: Terraform / CloudFormation / CDK (any one strongly)
- CI/CD: GitHub Actions / Jenkins / Code Pipeline (anyone)
- Observability: logging, metrics, tracing; model monitoring
