This role is part of a global team supporting internal users worldwide, with a strong focus on improving workflows, automation, and system efficiency, along with some customer support.

We are hiring an entry-level R&D Systems Support Analyst to support global enterprise tools and drive process improvements. This role is part of a global team supporting internal users worldwide, with a strong focus on improving workflows, automation, and system efficiency, along with some customer support.
Responsibilities
- Provide systems and application support for enterprise business tools
- Work on process improvement and automation initiatives (approx. 80% of role)
- Support internal users and resolve system-related requests (approx. 20%)
- Assist with AI tools, Microsoft Copilot, and prompt-based automation
- Support SAP and Cornerstone LMS systems
- Prepare status reports and perform data analysis
- Create reports using Excel and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau is a plus)
- Collaborate with global teams supporting R&D systems
- Experience in systems engineering, application support, or IT systems operations
- Exposure to AI tools, Microsoft Copilot, or automation workflows
- Experience with SAP, Cornerstone, or other enterprise systems preferred
- Strong Excel skills: reporting and data analysis experience required
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools is a plus
- Strong communication and documentation skills
