Key Responsibilities:
Upgrade & Implementation
- Lead upgrade and deployment of Teamcenter PLM 13.x and Active Workspace 5.x.
- Plan and build test/replica/prototype environments aligned with production architecture.
- Execute seamless migration strategies and risk mitigation plans.
- Host and configure Teamcenter in Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
- Define and enforce infrastructure standards, cloud security, and compliance.
- Customize Teamcenter and AWC using Java, SOAP, and RESTful APIs.
- Integrate with:
- SAP via T4S
- ECAD/Allegro/OrCAD (EDA tools)
- SolidWorks via SWIM
- Enable Change & Document Management automation.
- Act as a Tech Lead across multiple vendor teams.
- Guide developers and QA engineers through solutioning and deployment.
- Architect scalable, high-performance PLM frameworks tailored to electronics manufacturing
Development, Testing & DevOps
- Lead technical design, coding, and troubleshooting.
- Enable CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, SSIS, and Microsoft DevOps.
- Conduct unit testing, performance validation using Selenium, LoadRunner, JMeter.
- Use HP ALM for traceability and test management.
- Engage directly with clients to translate business needs into Teamcenter solutions.
- Own technical documentation, change management records, and compliance documentation.
- Maintain configuration management baselines and version control.
- 14 years of hands-on experience in Teamcenter PLM implementations.
- Certified in Teamcenter 12 or above.
- Strong development experience in Java, SOAP, REST APIs.
- In-depth knowledge of PLM architectures, Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proven leadership in multi-vendor, multi-geography delivery environments.
- Experience in the electronics or semiconductor manufacturing domain.
- Experience with Teamcenter-Rich Client AWC hybrid models.
- Hands-on with PLM-BOM alignment, change tracking, and ECAD-MCAD integrations.
- Experience with compliance standards in aerospace, automotive, or defense electronics (e.g.,
