Position: Testing Delivery Manager

Location: Fridley, MN On-Site

Duration: 12 Months

Job Details:

• 18 years' work experience in test consulting, systems integration, or test architect role.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting abilities with quick adaptation to new situations, landscape and stakeholders.
• 15 Years of Testing Experience and currently Managing large testing programs.
• 5-7 Years experience on Test Delivery Manager
• 10 Years' Experience on Test Management with Handling of test size of 40
• Good Exposure on Testing Estimations for large testing Programs
• Experience on Implementation of testing processes, Frameworks and Setting up of TCoE's
• Experience on Test Strategy, Test Planning, Estimation, Risk Based testing and resource planning
• Good Experience of Transformative Initiatives and Continuous improvements
• Good Understanding of Testing Metrics, KPI and reporting experience
• Good Communication skills (Written and Verbal)
• Good Understanding of Testing Toll Gates, Test Reporting and Other Project communication
• Experience on Agile methodology and understand the concepts
• Experience on Testing Solutions, RFP Solutioning, Automation etc
• Experience on management of Automation and Performance testing team
• Good Understanding on Manual Testing Concepts and Testing solutions (API Test, Mobile Testing)
• Good Experience on Test Management Tools
• Good Handson Presentation skills ( Managing Monthly and Quarterly Governance)
