What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Associate position at JobTracks?

We are seeking an experienced Construction Associate with t least 1 year of experience to join a construction practice group based in Nashville.

The ideal candidate will have robust experience in the following areas :

Construction Disputes
Experience working on the planning, negotiation, design, and construction phases.

Qualifications :

Strong academics

Construction background

Exceptional writing skills

Experience in legal drafting in both transactional and litigation matters.
