We are looking for a dedicated Recruiting Coordinator to be part of our growing team. The coordinator will work closely with recruiters, candidates, agencies, and hiring managers to create an outstanding experience for every candidate.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all contact between candidates and recruiter/hiring manager, including setting up phone screens, zoom interviews, on-site interviews, sending out calendar invites, NDAs, etc.
- Act as liaison between Joby and candidates throughout the entire hiring process, from interview to start date
- Find and filter appropriate job applicants and perform reference checks
- Interact with all staff levels across multiple offices in a professional manner
- Participating in recruitment events, such as career fairs
- Work closely with and provide miscellaneous support to the recruiting team as needed
Required
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field
- Experience in and knowledge of the recruitment process
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HR resources and tools
- A strong work ethic
