Origin/Wells Hosiery Mils, Inc. is seeking experienced and entry-level machine operators to help support our growing apparel production demands! Our operators are trained to utilize a number of machines and tools, helping craft Origin's heirloom-quality product all while breathing life straight back into the soul of American manufacturing.
Our apparel production team is growing! Our team believes in Origin’s mission and pours their hearts into their craft. They’re energetic and fun. It’s palpable when you hit our production floors! So if you are team-oriented, passionate about American-made, and excited to be part of a dynamic, growing team we're excited too!

We Are Seeking Team Members Who Are
- Detail-Oriented: You take pride in what you do.
- Operate machines to support Origin's apparel production processes, feeding ram material into parts or semi-automated machine parts.
- Adhere to Origin's standard production processes and safety standards.
- Support team in achieving quality standards and targets for the team you are assigned.
- Set up, inspect, and test machinery to ensure proper function, including ensuring machines are properly oiled/greased, threaded, clean, and needles/filters are changed as required.
- Monday through Friday
- 1st shift 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM with periods of OT required to meet various production demands.
- Pay starts at $12.50/hr for entry-level operators, with production bonus, quality bonus and attendance bonus.
