The Administrative Assistant will perform various office duties to help the financial department run smoothly and efficiently.
What will you do?
As the Administrative Assistant, you will:
- Schedule meetings and take notes when necessary.
- Prepare communications for regular meetings.
- Assist in gathering necessary documentation.
- Input data into Excel spreadsheets.
- Answer phones with exceptional customer service skills.
- Reset client passwords when necessary.
- Carry out scanning, faxing, and data entry.
What are the requirements?
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Experience with MS Windows, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
