Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 7:15 AM – 5:30 PM

Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 an hour based on experience

Joe Bullard Chevrolet is part of our growing family of dealerships, and we are looking for a Service Lane Assistant to support our high-performing service team.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients as they arrive in the service drive and direct them to a Service Advisor
• Assist with vehicle check-in, including documenting mileage and visible damage
• Move and park vehicles safely and efficiently
• Keep the service drive, customer lounge, and surrounding areas clean and organized
• Retrieve vehicles for customers once service is complete
• Deliver internal documents, keys, or parts as needed between departments
• Support advisors with basic administrative tasks
• Provide friendly and professional customer service at all times
• Follow all dealership safety procedures and protocols

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles
• Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
