In this role you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing all of their insurance-related questions, concerns, and requests. If you have a positive attitude, rapport-building skills, and desire to help will make you the perfect fit for this role. We pride ourselves on our top-notch customer service and are looking for someone who has the skills to deliver an amazing experience while ensuring their clients have the coverage they need.

Salary: $40000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
  • Process customer policy change requests and payments from customers.
  • Follow up with customers in a timely manner to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, and solve or refer problems.
  • Provide customers with additional information about new products and services.

Requirements
  • Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
  • At least two (2) years of insurance experience.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Follow through and exceed current and prospective
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Previous work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing.
