While dispatching plumbing services, your demeanor is friendly and confident. You easily converse with clients on the phone and dispatch calls to technicians. Your primary goal is to ensure ultimate scheduling efficiency. Working hard to ensure that customer service expectations are not only met but exceeded, you maximize technicians' time and mileage.
The majority of your workday is spent in the office either on the phone or computer where you thrive in a fast-paced office environment.
