What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dishwasher position at Joe's Original?
As a dishwasher, you are a valued member of a kitchen team who works hard to support eachother and take great care of our guests out front! Responsibilities include a willingness to comply with all food safety standards; maintaining the flow of all washable items while ensuring all dish, glass and plateware is properly cleaned and sanitized for service. Cleaning station floors, counters, tools, cutting boards and preparation surfaces as well as maintaining proper disposal of trash, cleaning trash receptacles, and placing of cardboard into proper receptacles on a continuous basis. The role of dishwasher requires excellent time management skills, being able to stand or walk for 8 hr shifts and also being able to lift at least 30-40 lbs comfortably.
