As a Water PTL in Training, you’ll gain the skills and hands-on experience needed to lead restoration projects and grow into a Project Team Leader role. What You’ll Do
- Assist Project Team Leaders on emergency water damage jobs, learning the ins and outs of the restoration process.
- Extract water, remove affected building materials, and set up professional drying equipment.
- Drive company vehicles to job sites, load/unload equipment, and ensure workspaces are safe, clean, and fully restored.
- Support with restoration services including carpet repair and cleaning of carpet, upholstery, and drapery.
- Monitor drying progress by recording moisture readings, adjusting equipment, and ensuring all work meets top safety and quality standards.
- Take part in general shop responsibilities—vehicle upkeep, equipment maintenance, and shop organization.
- Provide outstanding customer service and teamwork on every project.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required.
- 1–2 months of related experience and/or training preferred (we provide on-the-job training).
- Valid Driver’s License required.
- WRT & ASD certifications preferred (training opportunities available if not yet certified).

- Basic knowledge of construction, demolition, plumbing, or electrical work.
- Comfortable using tools, equipment, and technology (Microsoft Office skills a plus).
