Live-in Housekeeper

Job Overview
We are looking to hire a full-time live-in housekeeper in Wellington, FL. We are a family of three with a small friendly dog.
Hours are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. with a 2-hour break, six times a week.
Full room and board. Private room and bath. Candidate must be willing to live in Florida for most of the year while spending the summers with us in Westchester, NY.

Duties

• Perform daily housekeeping including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Laundry and ironing
• Prepare meals as needed, serve and clean
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleaning tasks as required.
• Run errands including food shopping, as necessary

Requirements

• Being comfortable with the internet is a plus
• Love to cook. Will teach you our recipes and preferred foods
• Ability to work independently
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Driver's permit and working knowledge of English preferred but not necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $21.44 per hour

Expected hours: 60 per week
