About The Position
The Rehearsal Director oversees the rehearsals and staging of all ballets and is responsible for the training and development of all Company Artists. This position works closely with other Rehearsal Directors, General Manager, Company Manager, Artistic Staff, Academy Staff, Production Manager, Music Director, Stage Manager, Visiting Artists, Dancers, and Pianists. The Rehearsal Director serves as an ambassador for the Joffrey, and participates in events, performances, and other related activities.
