The Intake Specialist provides polite and professional assistance to our customers; has a genuine desire to learn; brings a positive attitude to the organization. The Intake Specialist is a key stakeholder in the front-end process as they will be the first impression of John Grace.
Department Requirements:
- Required to report to work in a timely manner
- Extreme Ownership
- Learn project management software in order to provide full company support
- Able to prioritize workload
Key responsibilities & duties:
- Available Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm to answer the main phone line and provide superior customer service
- Greet visiting guests in a welcoming and professional manner
- Create and maintain customer records in project management software
- Maintain Initial Inspectors schedules. Must be able to problem solve during weather events and emergency situations
- Daily stocking of office supplies and placing orders for needed supplies
