Orthodontic Office Receptionist

Now Hiring: Front Desk Receptionist (4–5 Days/Week – Royersford)

Established, patient-focused orthodontic practice is looking for a warm, organized, and dependable receptionist to join our front desk team. This is a long-term position, 4–5 days per week, in our brand new, state-of-the-art Royersford office.

$18 - $24 hourly

The orthodontic receptionist will handle all facets of front desk activity, including greeting/welcoming patients, scheduling, answering phones, general office duties such as filing, faxing, correspondence, and coordinating dental care.

Our front desk receptionist will also monitor and maintain the reception area, order supplies, dispatch lab work, collect payments, and be willing to learn and take on more responsibilities as needed.

• 1 year of front desk receptionist experience or related job experience preferred
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills

• High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent, college degree welcome
