As a Culinary Associate II, you will have the opportunity to work directly in the Café kitchen, prepping and preparing lunch for patrons and staff members. You will also assist with menu planning and recipe development, and place weekly orders through food and beverage purveyors.
This role has broad knowledge and kitchen experience, and works within the Café and Culinary Art Car. At times, oversees management of Café when working alone.
