Responsibilities
As a Car Wash Crew Member at Johnny Clean, your mission is to provide exceptional customer service and support our commitment to quality and efficiency. Your daily responsibilities include:

Hospitality:

• Foster a friendly environment for customers by greeting them with a warm smile.
• Cultivate positive interactions and relationships with customers throughout their visit.

Quality:

• Develop knowledge of our various wash packages and confidently explain the benefits to customers.
• Address customer inquiries professionally and informatively.
• Prepare vehicles for the wash by ensuring they meet our standards, exceeding customer expectations.
• Handle customer concerns in accordance with our brand standards.

Speed:

• Keep a 95% efficiency rating while safely guiding vehicles into the car wash.
• Assist team members and customers as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Uphold our commitment to safety by completing assigned training and guiding vehicles safely.

Safety:

• Participate in ongoing safety training to ensure a secure work environment.
• Provide special attention to vehicles needing specific wash modifications.
• Monitor guests throughout their wash experience to ensure safety protocols are followed.

Cleanliness:

• Take ownership of equipment, grounds, and facility cleanliness during each shift, upholding our high standards.
• Proactively maintain a clean environment, including the parking lot and landscape.
• Keep the property looking its best.
